Created in 1993, Transeuropéennes is both an international journal of critical thought and a non-governmental organisation involved in intercultural training, research and networking activities. Focused on areas of crisis, currently in the Balkans and the Mediterranean, Transeuropéennes also conducts an in-depth work on the relationships between the European Union and Europe's margins. Based on interdisciplinary activities, Transeuropéenes draws upon a large network of students, professors and researchers, journalists, artists, NGO activists, all opinion multipliers.
