The Euro-Mediterranean programme creates an informal space for collaboration and interaction for those people in their societies who are bearers of a new imagination, a new élan of thought and a desire for freedom. It aims to develop an informal network of actors from the cultural and associative world as well as cultural and associative structures, which, setting themselves apart from the discourse of closed identities, are desirous to set up a lasting partnership and to promote common references.
